Salad Ideas
Not so ordinary any more…

In a Glass ?!?!?!



Garden Salad

         Traditional salad including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and garnished with a purple onion or bell pepper strip, topped with croutons. Assorted dressings to compliment your salad will be available.


Caesar Salad

        Salad mixed with croutons and topped with our specialty Caesar dressing.


Mexican Salad

        Layered in a glass will be shredded lettuce, black beans and corn, salsa, then sprinkled with shredded cheese. Tortilla chips will garnish the top.


Chicken Salad

         Our specialty chicken salad n a glass topped with a few slivered almonds and a slice of bread served on the side. This is a wonderful replacement for chicken salad croissants.


Our House Pasta Salads or Red Skin Potato Salad

          Either our ranch based pasta or our Italian pasta will be a wonderful addition to your menu for guests. Our red skin potato salad is an excellent southern delight.

Grilled Chicken/Twice Baked Potato Casserole/Green Beans

            Start with our house favorite twice baked potato casserole, topped with any flavor of grilled chicken with green beans on the side.


Roast Beef/Rice Pilaf/Carrots

             Using the ever-popular rice pilaf as the base for tender slices of roast beef with glazed baby carrots on the side.


Ham/Mashed Potatoes/Steamed Broccoli/Asparagus

           Starting with traditional mashed potatoes followed by slices of our honey baked ham. Steamed broccoli, will then follow, drizzled with melted cheese and tender baby asparagus strips. You may choose to substitute mashed potatoes for our specialty sweet potato crunch.


Hawaiian Grilled Chicken/White Rice/Oriental Stir Fry

           Fried white rice stacked with our Hawaiian grilled chicken and a slice of pineapple. Oriental vegetables will be on the side, and a wonderful sesame seasoning will top this specialty.


Mexican Wrap/Black Beans/Steak Strips/Salsa/Sour Cream

           Start with a tortilla shell then stack it with black beans and corn, steak strips, salsa and sour cream. Any Mexican lovers favorite.


Grilled Salmon/Rice Pilaf/Broccoli Spears

           Start with your rice pilaf and then add grilled salmon. Broccoli spears drizzled in malted cheese will be added to the side. Hollandaise sauce will compliment your danish.


Pasta and Chicken Alfredo

           On a bed of penne pasta, stacked chicken strips and Alfredo sauce.


Pasta and Marinara Meatballs 
         On a bed of peene pasta, enjoy an Italian delight covered in marinara meatballs and sauce.
